India Opal, Winn-Dixie, Miss Franny, the
Preacher, Gloria Dump and all of the other
wonderful characters will become a part of
your family, and you'll be sorry to say
good-bye to them at the end of the book. It
was so good, I had to start reading it all over
again when I finished the book the first time.
Highly recommended by Rachel.
Because of Winn-Dixie is now a movie! It will open in theaters in
mid-February. It is always fun to see a movie version of a great
book, but I usually find that the book is better than the movie. If
you are planning to see the movie, make sure you read the book
first.
