The Yellow Star: The Legend of King Christian X
of Denmark
by Carmen Agra Deedy

This legend is a wonderful story about how all men
are equal.  King Christian X was a much loved ruler of
Denmark during World War II and while the events
related in this story are fictional, the book is still worth
reading for the message it sends.  Make sure to read
the author's note when reading the book, as it
explains what is fiction and what is true of the Danes
resistance to the Nazi Occupation of Denmark.
